The Agents Guide to the Collector-General’s Division has been updated (Paragraph 15) to reflect changes introduced for Phased Payment Arrangements (PPA) as previously advised in eBrief 039/2019.

The granting of a PPA is conditional on the liabilities being paid by Direct Debit. See section 4.16 of ‘Guidelines for Phased Payment – Instalment Arrangements’ for further details.

All activity in relation to a PPA is conducted through ROS and will ensure speedier response times.
